Castle Party - Line up and Program

Hello guys, thank you for the attention and fast answers! But I have another question. At the page Line Up and Program I see at the right side bands like The Frozen Autumn, L'âme Immortelle and Nachtmahr. At the left side I see a program and this bands are not into it. Could somebody explain it to mee? Is it already decided when This bands are going to Play? (L'âme Immortelle, The Frozen Autumn and Nachtmahr)?
